Bibs and Kids Boutique offers flat rate shipping for $6.50 via USPS and free* standard shipping for orders of $75 or more within the continental United States. Not included in the free-shipping offer are heavy and bulky items.
Orders with free shipping may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive within the continental United States, and will be sent via USPS. Should you have any special circumstances that require expedited shipping or any special instructions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For those of you who live nearby we have an 'In-Store Pickup' option! Simply select this option when checking out and come get your package anytime during regular business hours. For customers living in or near Burlington, NC, please inquire about delivery of your purchased items to Burlington.
Bibs and Kids gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective, non-sale merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Tags must be attached. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Returns accepted after the 10 day period and within 30 days of the original purchase will be issued a store credit. All sale items are final. No Refunds.
In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by Bibs and Kids Boutique. All returns require prior email authorization. For certain items you may receive detailed instructions from Bibs and Kids Boutique. To initiate a return, please contact us here and include your invoice number.
