SHIPPING
We ship via USPS. We ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. We offer flat rate shipping for $8 via USPS within the continental United States. This rate only applies to standard items and excludes large or bulky items.

IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pick-up is available - choose the “in-store pick-up” option at checkout. Should you need your purchase by a specific time/date, please call the shop, 336-617-7941 and we'll be happy to accommodate.
‘In-Store Pick-up’ packages are available for pick up anytime during regular business hours. For customers living in or near Burlington, NC, please inquire about porch pick up.
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective, non-sale merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Tags must be attached. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Returns accepted after the 7 days and within 14 days of the original purchase will be issued a store credit. All sale items are final. No Refunds.
If you plan to return an item, shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of mistakes made by Bibs and Kids Boutique. All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us via phone or email and include your invoice number.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another with tracking information when your order has shipped. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route. Orders that are returned to us because of address errors will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Currently, we ship via USPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you’d prefer an alternate shipping method, please email [email protected] at the time of your order or call the shop.
PRE-ORDERS
All Pre-Order items can be returned for store credit ONLY within 7 days of receiving items.
Orders containing Pre-Order items ship COMPLETE. If you need items from the order immediately, please contact the store with shipping payment. It is best to place separate orders if you need items immediately.
We do our very best to communicate all estimated ship dates provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer.
MONOGRAMS
All personalized items are FINAL SALE due to their custom nature. Please allow 7-10 days for all personalized items.
